We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and making sure every installation or repair leaves a homeowner completely satisfied. If you have a background in finish carpentry, enjoy working in the field, and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in finish carpentry or a related trade
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented
Strong sense of customer service and first-call resolution
Ability to listen to feedback and continuously improve
A natural ability to show empathy and professionalism when working with homeowners

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of window and patio door repair/service (preferred)

Responsibilities

Traveling to homeowner locations to diagnose, repair, and replace Viwinco windows and patio doors
Ensuring replacement parts are measured correctly and installed properly
Testing windows and doors to confirm they are fully operational before leaving the home
Walking homeowners through the operation and maintenance of repaired products
Answering customer questions and providing friendly, professional service
Completing accurate and timely field service reports
Collaborating with Field Technicians, the Service Manager, and Customer Service team
Resolving service calls efficiently and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Maintaining a professional, courteous attitude during every interaction
Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by management
