About The Position

As a Window and Door Service Lead, you will coordinate Field Service team activities, provide leadership, and ensure technical accuracy and outstanding customer service. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience leading a team
  • Operate tools as needed and maintain company vehicle.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • Ability to assess complex situations and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic calculations and critical thinking skills.
  • Laminated Reglazing and Aerial Lift Truck operation (or ability to obtain).
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Guide Field Service technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Prepare schedules, approve absences/overtime, and maintain workflow.
  • Assist with complex service issues and make resolution decisions.
  • Provide feedback to Field Service and Manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in performance reviews.
  • Manage Field Service software, reporting, and user setup.
