About The Position

The Installer is primarily responsible for on-site service and repair of doors and windows, based on an assigned schedule. Additionally, they are responsible to ensure that all product testing, troubleshooting, and repair are completed properly, to the satisfaction of our customers, and in accordance of manufacturers specifications. Scope of the Position: The Installer will be located at the Huntsville, AL site, but will be responsible for performing installs and repairs off-site. This position requires up to 75% travel to job sites.

Requirements

Trim carpentry experience
Knowledge of and experience using power tools including skill saw, miter saw, jigsaw, etc.
Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office Suite (BisTrack and Asana experience a plus)
Clean driving record
Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication/presentation skills
Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
Detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to multi task in a dynamic environment
2-3 years trim carpentry experience
2-3 years customer service experience
Sit, Stand, frequently
Ability to climb a ladder
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
