The FST will perform installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and rebuilds of solar compacting waste receptacles. Work will be performed on location in Orlando Area Theme Parks as well as in the nearby service center facility. Travel to other area properties may be required on occasion. Interaction with the customer and the repair and maintenance agents of the customer will be required to train, advise, assist, and respond to questions and concerns. Obtaining expertise about the features, benefits, and maintenance requirements of the product through provided training and independent research is required. The FST will become qualified to make recommendations to the customer and company about customer needs and opportunities. Supervisory duties will be required when additional labor is used to complete services. Work duties will be a combination of in-field services, in-office customer support, in-person customer support and training, service center repair, and refurbishment activities. The schedule will be set by the supervisor and will include both the planned schedule and ad hoc activities. Work will primarily be performed at night between the hours of 8 pm and 8 am. Night, weekend & holiday work may be required.
