About The Position

Power Critical Systems—Anywhere They’re Needed. At Milton CAT Power Systems, your work directly supports hospitals, infrastructure, and emerging technologies—the systems people rely on every day. This is a fast-growing, future-focused division working across power generation, backup power, and energy systems, supporting industries like healthcare, government, and emerging tech. You will have independence in the field with full support, taking ownership of your day at customer sites with a fully equipped service truck and tools, and strong backing from service managers, engineering, and parts. We offer advanced training and technical growth with dedicated full-time trainers and ongoing development, working on complex electrical and power systems as energy technology evolves. You will work on mission-critical equipment including Caterpillar generators, engines, switchgear, and power systems, as well as electrical systems including transfer switches, UPS, and controls. This is a high-impact role where reliability matters. While it is an independent role, you will have a team behind you with experienced technicians and leadership support, and strong collaboration when needed.
