Field Service Technician and Installer

About The Position

Culligan Water is seeking a technician to install, service, and repair Culligan products in customers’ homes and/or businesses. Products include water softeners, drinking water systems, and solutions for problem water. The technician performs repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations, with the goal of providing high-quality service to customers. Comprehensive training is provided, along with opportunities for additional Culligan Corporate Subject Matter Expert training. The position pays $19.00–$23.00 per hour. This location is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the location’s management.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Plumbing experience is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift or move equipment weighing 50–75 pounds may be required.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of installation and maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and analyze equipment problems to troubleshoot and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment.
Complete task-related paperwork accurately and on time.
Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products and equipment.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Communicate positively with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company.
Follow safety rules, regulations, and Culligan policies.
