About The Position

Culligan Water is seeking a technician to install, service, and repair Culligan products in customers’ homes and/or businesses. Products include water softeners, drinking water systems, and solutions for problem water. The technician performs repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations for Culligan equipment and products, with the goal of providing high-quality service to customers. Comprehensive training is provided, including additional Culligan Corporate Subject Matter Expert training.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Plumbing experience is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of two years of installation and maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and analyze equipment issues to troubleshoot and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment.
Complete task-related paperwork accurately and on time.
Assist other employees with product and equipment delivery and installation.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Communicate positively with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company.
Follow safety rules, regulations, and Culligan policies.
