About The Position

Coke Florida is hiring a Field Service Installer based out of its Jacksonville location. The role involves installing, removing, relocating, surveying, and performing basic service on fountain equipment at customer accounts, including electrical and mechanical work and preventative maintenance. The installer prepares and installs equipment according to company standards, maintains an on-vehicle parts inventory, orders supplies, completes required paperwork, and provides quality customer service while maintaining positive customer relationships.

The schedule is four 10-hour days, 6:00 AM to finish, Monday through Friday, with an additional day off during the week that rotates quarterly among Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Flexibility is required for occasional nights and weekends; weekends and holidays may also be required. The position requires following all Company and DOT vehicle policies, including those involving Smith-System, Geotab, and Lytx dashcams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Driving records, including minor moving violations, are evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of demonstrated mechanical, technical, construction, or plumbing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, removals, relocations, surveys, and basic service of fountain equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical services on fountain dispensing equipment.
• Maneuver equipment to perform mechanical services, including preventative maintenance.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide quality customer service.
• Prepare and install equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed.
• Complete required paperwork, including work tickets, parts lists, electronic surveys, and work order close-outs.
• Follow all Company and DOT vehicle policies.
• Work occasional nights and weekends; weekends and holidays may be required.
