About The Position

Crete United is hiring a Field Service Supervisor to work in Davenport, Iowa. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, installing, and replacing commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. The supervisor performs system inspections, testing, maintenance, warranty work, adjustments, and repairs while meeting safety standards and customer expectations. The position also requires maintaining detailed service records and completing work efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Iowa HVAC License, or ability to obtain one within the probation period.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems.
• OSHA 10 certification or higher.
• OEM certifications, such as Trane, Carrier, or Daikin.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform system inspections, testing, and maintenance.
• Conduct warranty work, adjustments, and repairs.
