The Field Service Specialist I role at Texas Health Plano is a full-time, onsite position responsible for providing timely in-person and virtual customer assistance for Field Service requests and incidents. This role involves responding to customer incidents and requests for technical support for computer systems, telephones, networks, and applications at various work-sites. The specialist will accurately log all customer interactions in the ITS ticketing system, demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing educational feedback, and build strong customer relationships through effective resolution. The position requires utilizing and refining processes, tools, and technology, adhering to Asset Management processes, and identifying opportunities for service improvement. Additionally, the role involves performing administrative duties and participating in special projects. This position will offer a combination of virtual and onsite support to multiple Texas Health locations, including hospitals and clinics.
