Texas Health Denton is seeking a Field Service Specialist I to join their IT department. This role provides in-person and virtual customer assistance for Field Service requests and incidents, responding to technical support needs for computer systems, telephones, networks, and applications. The specialist will accurately log all customer interactions in the ITS ticketing system, demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing educational feedback, and build strong customer relationships through effective resolution. The role involves utilizing and refining processes, tools, and technology, identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery, and adhering to Asset Management processes. Additionally, the specialist will perform administrative duties and participate in special projects.
