Schneider Electric's Field Service Representatives play an impactful role by collaborating with customers, team members, and third-party partners to perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment in various environments. They are problem solvers, customer-focused, and passionate about their work. The company provides direct product training and training on digital and physical tools, along with service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops. This is a site-based position with occasional nonstandard hours, a 40-hour guarantee with overtime, and most work occurring at customer sites. This role focuses on servicing equipment supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure within the U.S. Services business.
