About The Position

Solventum, a new healthcare company with a long legacy of solving big challenges, is seeking a Field Service Representative I in Greenville, SC. This role is responsible for serving healthcare clients by delivering, picking up, and maintaining medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will build and maintain customer relationships, manage inventory of products and supplies, and ensure the cleaning, processing, and quality control of medical equipment. This position involves loading/unloading equipment, general housekeeping of the facility, and requires driving a company vehicle. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties

Responsibilities

  • Serving the needs of our healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment.
  • Building, cultivating and maintaining superior customer relationships.
  • Performing and assisting in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
  • Cleaning, processing and quality control of medical device equipment.
  • General housekeeping of facility.
  • Loading and unloading of equipment in company vehicles.
  • Supporting customers to include patients and hospital staff on a regular basis providing superior customer service with customer centric solutions.
  • Preparing medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
  • Tracking inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
  • Locating missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
  • Attending training and other scheduled business functions which will require commercial air travel.
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
