Allied Interior Solutions (AIS), a division of Allied Stone, Inc., is a leading provider of cabinets and countertops for the multifamily and single-family industries. Based in Desoto, Texas, AIS manufactures its cabinet products in the U.S.A. using state-of-the-art, cloud-based equipment for high efficiency and shorter lead times. With a team of designers, craftsmen, and advanced technology, AIS ensures a seamless client experience and exceptional finished spaces. Due to significant growth, AIS is seeking a Field Service Manager for Single Family projects in the Houston area. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation of Single-Family projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of construction experience
- Previous construction management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
- Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Superintendent, Project Manager or Assistant Manager experience in Construction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
- Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
- Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
- Anticipate and resolve client issues.
- Attend client mandated meeting as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
- Commit to being highly visible on job sites.
