About The Position

Coke Florida is hiring a Field Service Installer based out of its Hollywood location. The role works from 6:30 AM until finish, Monday through Friday. The Field Service Installer performs installations, removals, and relocations of fountain equipment at customer accounts, along with surveys and basic service. The position includes electrical and mechanical service, preventative maintenance, equipment preparation and installation to company standards, customer relationship management, vehicle inventory upkeep, and completion of required work documentation. Flexibility is required, and weekends or holidays may be required. The role also requires compliance with company and DOT vehicle policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Driving records, including minor moving violations, are evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of demonstrated mechanical, technical, construction, or plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, removals, relocations, surveys, and basic service of fountain equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical services on fountain dispensing equipment.
• Maneuver equipment to perform mechanical services, including preventative maintenance.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide quality customer service.
• Prepare and install equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed.
• Complete required paperwork, including work tickets, parts lists, electronic surveys, and work order close-outs.
• Follow all Company/DOT vehicle policies.
