About The Position

Mazak is looking for a Field Service Installation Coordinator to join the Northeast Service department. This position will have the responsibility to coordinate all aspects of new machine installations and large machine relocations in the Windsor Locks, CT area. Communicates with customers and other stakeholders and ensures exceptional service support is provided in accordance with corporate metrics and guidelines.

Requirements

Project Management / high activity scheduling experience
Customer relations experience
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

2 Year Technical Degree or equivalent experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Reviews each machine acknowledgement, identifies open ER’s, accessories, and expedites as required
Research’s power, air and all other technical aspects of each machine to be installed and prepares preinstall customer checklist and associated documents
Organizes customer pre- installation meeting and ensures resulting action list is completed by all stakeholders
Distributes preinstall checklist and obtains customer confirmation & sign back.
Tracks machine & option completion and any department 9 deliverables
Coordinates with KY Traffic, customer, freight company, rigger, service team leader & applications
The ability to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and adhere to our service management principles.
Utilizes excellent call center / customer relationship skillset.
Proactively determines the need for specialty tools, lifting equipment, personnel lifts etc. and ensures these items are available when Field Service Technicians arrive on site
