We are looking for a driven and high energy individual to execute service coordination efforts in the Industrial Field Services Team. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be a critical touchpoint to drive excellent experiences for our customers helping to organize and execute filtration services like maintenance and repair for their equipment. This role must act with urgency via phone and email to help our customers get the necessary maintenance and repairs completed to get them up and running. If you are an organized, high-energy person, that likes a lot of action while helping customers, this is the job for you. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years related experience in administration, logistics, customer service or coordination
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the customer to schedule service visits for repairs and maintenance on industrial filtration machines.
  • Ensuring parts are ordered and available for scheduled service calls.
  • Act as a key inside contact to customers delivering the best customer experience possible.
  • Communicate with field service technicians on daily basis to ensure success and completion of work.
  • Cross-functional collaboration including but not limited to sales team, operations team, and external vendors.
  • Leverage field service planning software to document and track the schedules.
  • Prepare and format invoicing upon completion of jobs.
  • Records purchase orders and invoicing in software systems such as Field Servio, CRM, Oracle, and others.
  • Work closely with remote monitoring team to react to customer issues.
