About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is hiring a Field Sales Representative to support Publix store territories across North Port, Sarasota, and Arcadia, Florida. The role focuses on growing sales of beverage brands, packages, and seasonal programs within existing accounts; servicing stores through light merchandising; executing displays, promotions, and equipment placements; and maintaining relationships with store management. The position is field-based and operates from regional Coke Florida hubs rather than a traditional corporate office.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, generally starting around 7:00 AM and continuing until the day's route or objectives are finished. Weekends are occasionally required. Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume by selling additional beverage brands, packages, and seasonal programs into existing Publix store territories.
• Service accounts on every visit, including light merchandising of cold vaults, beverage aisle sections, and cold-drink equipment.
• Sell and execute incremental displays, promotional programs, and equipment placements while ensuring store compliance with brand standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management.
• Review business and sales results directly with accounts.
• Perform additional functions and duties as assigned.
