About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Hobbs, NM. The role of a Field Sales Representative is to market, sell, and represent Taruex Drill Bits. Among your responsibilities will be the collection of data and delivery of product to the well site. You are responsible for providing innovative insights to your customers and informing them about new and existing opportunities. This includes recognizing your customers' needs with an overall goal of increasing company sales.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background, MVR and a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

• An understanding of drill bits or experience in outside sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market, sell, and represent Taurex Drill Bits.
• Collect data and deliver product to the well site.
• Provide innovative insights to customers.
• Inform customers about new and existing opportunities.
• Recognize customer needs to increase company sales.
• Maintain proper inventory control.
• Submit required paperwork according to company policy.
• Report on the latest technology and marketing techniques used by competitors.
• Inform the District Manager of any discrepancies between products and services.
• Ensure company products meet or exceed client expectations.
• Respond to the needs and wants of customers.
