About The Position

Empower is seeking field sales professionals to acquire new rideshare-driver customers in person at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). The role may be full-time or part-time and is a contract position, with an opportunity to transition into full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead.

Empower is a software company that supports rideshare drivers in running their own businesses. Its software allows drivers to set their own rates and keep 100% of riders’ fares, and enables riders to request a favorite or same-gender driver.

Requirements

• Interest in sales.
• Excellent in-person communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording information.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Ability to provide own transportation to and from RDU airport.
• Fluency in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
