About The Position

Empower is seeking field sales professionals to acquire new rideshare-driver customers in person at John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). The role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis as a contract position, with an opportunity to transition into full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead. Candidates should be available at least 20 hours per week and have flexible hours. Compensation is $40 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Enjoy sales.
• Excellent in-person communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Available at least 20 hours per week.
• Have a smartphone.
• Provide own transportation to and from CMH airport.
• Fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bilingual in Spanish.
