About The Position

Empower is a high-growth software company on a mission to transform the gig economy by providing hard-working rideshare drivers with software and support services that enable them to run their own businesses and work for themselves in competition with, instead of for, rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft. Empower's software allows drivers to set their own rates and receive 100% of riders' fares, enabling them to charge riders less than Uber and Lyft while earning more. The software also allows riders to request specific drivers for safety. Empower is seeking full-time and part-time field sales professionals with strong communication skills to acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). This is a contract position, with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead.

Requirements

• You like sales
• Excellent in-person communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
• Available 20+ hours per week
• Have smartphone
• Can provide own transportation to/from CVG airport
• Fluent in English
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual in Spanish
