About The Position

Empower is seeking full-time and part-time field sales professionals to acquire new rideshare-driver customers in person at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). The role is a contract position, with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead. The position offers $40 per hour plus performance-based bonuses and flexible hours.

Empower is a software company focused on helping rideshare drivers run their own businesses. Its software lets drivers set their own rates and receive 100% of riders’ fares, and lets riders request a favorite or same-gender driver.

Requirements

• Strong in-person communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Available to work 20 or more hours per week.
• Have a smartphone.
• Able to provide own transportation to and from CLE airport.
• Fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
