About The Position

KeyMe Locksmiths is hiring a Field Sales Manager for its automotive keys business. The role operates a mobile service van, builds customer relationships, drives sales results, and represents the company at retail partner locations. The manager cuts, duplicates, and programs automotive keys, fobs, and remotes while delivering customer service and managing day-to-day mobile operations. Candidates from automotive, locksmithing, retail, sales, customer-facing, and hands-on backgrounds are welcome.

Requirements

• Experience cutting and programming automotive keys or familiarity with automotive or locksmith services.
• Comfort using tablets, mobile apps, and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Interest in developing leadership skills and taking ownership.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging directly with customers.
• Available to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays; schedule and days off may vary based on business needs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to travel to different worksites.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a fully equipped mobile service van.
• Travel to retail partner locations and engage with customers.
• Cut, duplicate, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and solve problems quickly.
• Manage inventory, sales, and customer support using company technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile workspace.
• Track performance and work toward daily goals.
