The Field Sales Enablement Market Manager is responsible for building and growing productive relationships across Field Sales Channels to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and company initiatives. This role acts as a sales enabler, responsible for ramping new products and driving sales performance of ubreakifix stores and the Delivery Expert Setup channel through proactive email, Zoom, and in-person support nationwide and within their geographic market. Through operational partnerships, this role will support the development of revenue/sales strategies, field training of experts, leadership coaching, data interpretation, accountability conversations, and fostering a sales culture. The position will also collaborate with internal cross-functional areas to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
