Floral Image North America (FINA) is seeking a driven Field Sales & Customer Service Representative for a full-time, hybrid role. This position involves managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving new business growth within a designated territory. The ideal candidate thrives on independence, enjoys face-to-face interactions, and is motivated to build relationships and generate new business. This role offers the opportunity to be the face of the brand in the territory, ensuring client satisfaction and expanding the customer base. The position is field-first, meaning no desk work, and allows for independent management of the daily schedule and territory.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage daily routes independently, ensuring timely service and product refreshes.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing a high-quality, reliable experience.
Prospect, network, and generate new leads through referrals, in-person outreach, and relationship building.
Identify opportunities within current accounts to increase revenue and deepen partnerships.
Represent Floral Image with professionalism, positivity, and a polished presence in every client interaction.
