About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated early-career professional to join our team as a Field Sales Associate supporting YMCA, Campus Recreation, Golf & Country Club, and Health Club accounts across Washington, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia. You’ll be paired with a seasoned rep who will mentor you as you grow your skills in field sales, customer engagement, and territory management. This is a field-based role, with an expectation of being on the road and in front of customers at least 3 days per week across a dense, high-opportunity territory. Candidates based in the Northern Virginia / DC suburbs are strongly preferred, with other locations in Virginia considered based on overall accessibility to the territory.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt across different customer types
  • Interest in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven, field-based role
  • Based within the region, with the ability to travel consistently throughout DC, VA, and WV

Responsibilities

  • Support sales efforts across YMCA, Campus Rec, Golf/Country Clubs, and Health Clubs
  • Learn to tailor your approach across public, institutional, and private club environments
  • Assist in navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes (operators, boards, ownership groups)
  • Support facility planning and capital project discussions
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Build relationships across a geographically diverse, high-activity territory
