As a Field Sales Associate, you'll be paired with a seasoned sales mentor who will guide you through the ins and outs of the position. With this mentorship, you will learn the ropes of prospecting, relationship-building, and closing sales within the Health Club market accounts across North Texas and Oklahoma. This is the perfect opportunity to jumpstart your career in a company that cares about your growth and success. This is a remote, field-based role, with an expectation of being on the road and in front of customers 3+ days per week across the North Texas and Oklahoma territory.

Requirements

  • A Passion for Fitness & Sales: A desire to build a career in the fitness industry and develop as a sales professional.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of direct sales experience or similar experience in client management/business generation.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Location: Must reside in North Texas (Forth Worth, Dallas)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of Salesforce.com or Oracle is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Meet assigned sales targets and objectives for profitable growth within your territory, while being supported by your mentor within the first year of employment.
  • Develop and maintain business connections with organizations and customers across your territory, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Proactively sell Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products and services, coordinating the seamless installation process for your clients.
  • Track and manage customer data and sales progress using Salesforce (SFDC), reporting regularly to your Regional Director.
  • Learn everything you need about Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products, industry trends, and the competition in order to provide the best solutions to your customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, forecasts, and sales reports, and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Complete required training to ensure ongoing professional development and attend sales meetings for continued growth.
