About The Position

Club Pilates is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join their team in Gainesville, FL. This part-time role offers hourly pay plus commission and is ideal for someone who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others feel confident and strong. The Sales Associate will be a key point of contact for members, guiding them on their Pilates journey and creating an exceptional experience for everyone who visits the studio.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Welcome prospective members and help schedule Intro Classes
Follow up with leads to understand their goals and introduce them to Pilates
Sell memberships, retail, and private training packages while working toward monthly sales goals
Assist members with account questions and updates using our studio software (ClubReady)
Complete all required training modules through our Powerhouse learning platform
Support membership retention efforts and ensure members have a great experience
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
Ensure studio forms, supplies, and literature are stocked and available
Participate in community networking events and studio promotions when scheduled
Perform additional duties as needed to support the studio team
