About The Position

Quest Global is seeking a Field Representative for an Aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This role involves representing the end customer during the aircraft delivery process, ensuring both the aircraft and its documentation meet satisfactory standards. The position requires on-site presence during various stages of aircraft production, including pre-FAL works, assembly supervision, testing, and trials, as well as participation in customer acceptance inspections and test flights. The Field Representative will coordinate with customer and manufacturer teams, verify compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards, manage non-conformances, monitor engineering changes, evaluate test results, and prepare comprehensive reports.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience with Aeronautical Engineering Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Tech Rep
  • Knowledge in EASA
  • Familiarized with Boeing fleet
  • Must be able to commute to and from the location with own transportation arrangements to meet required working hours.
  • Ability to work in a shop floor environment, which may include extensive walking and lifting up to 40 lbs.

  • Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the end customer during the aircraft delivery process to ensure satisfactory delivery of the aircraft and its documentation.
  • Review technical documentation and engineering drawings.
  • Review the master FAL schedule, track milestones, sequence tasks, and report progress updates and schedule deviations to the client for risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with customer and manufacturer teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of technical objectives.
  • Provide on-site presence during structural assembly, systems integration, interiors, and related activities.
  • Verify compliance with applicable technical specifications, supplemental specifications, and regulatory standards (EASA, FAA, or others).
  • Manage non-conformance discrepancies and evaluate corrective actions proposed by the OEM.
  • Monitor and follow up on engineering changes and modifications, notifying the customer.
  • Provide on-site presence during functional, system, and ground testing activities.
  • Evaluate test results and verify technical compliance.
  • Prepare results reports, including detailed exposition of any failures or non-conformities.
  • Provide technical support in case of non-conformities or systems failures.
  • Participate in the Customer Acceptance Inspection and Test Flights.
  • Validate the final aircraft condition and associated technical documentation.
  • Prepare the final engineering report, including conclusions and lessons learned.
