The OEM Sales Representative is responsible for sales and profitability of the company's products and services of an assigned territory within a regional geographical area. This function will maintain existing customers and increase sales and profitability revenue by growth of existing and the addition of new customers, all at levels of growth and profitability that meet monthly and annual objectives established by the National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager(s). To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, superb technical wood coatings experience, and excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
