About The Position

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is the field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. As a frontline member of Sanofi Genzyme Patient Support Services, the FRM works with internal stakeholders, Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay, and program vendors to deliver a strong customer experience and support the national strategy through reimbursement education and patient access efforts.

The role supports the South Bend, Indiana geography and requires approximately 50% travel, depending on geography, with additional travel to meetings, trainings, and programs as needed. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience. The listed salary range is $122,250.00–$176,583.33, with compensation determined based on demonstrated experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in life sciences or business.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary, including additional travel within the assigned geography.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable company policies and procedures and regulatory and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
• Act as a point of contact for Dupixent MyWay and collaborate cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts, assisting the ABM as appropriate.
• Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support through Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
• Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
• Maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and utilization management criteria for Dupixent.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external customer segments.
• Partner with Alliance colleagues to promote a respectful, customer-focused culture.
• Develop working relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups as needed to support patient access and raise awareness of the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
• Conduct healthcare professional office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
• Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent.
• Maintain compliance with applicable Sanofi-Genzyme policies and procedures and regulatory and legal requirements, and help monitor compliance during cross-functional team interactions.
