UCB•Columbus, OH
•$154,400 - $202,700•Hybrid

About The Position

The Field Reimbursement Executive supports timely and successful patient access to prescribed UCB medications by educating healthcare providers on navigating payer barriers. The role bridges prescribers’ clinical decisions and patients’ treatment initiation, supporting sites of care on local, regional, and national payer coverage, pharmacy benefits, and payer policies for UCB Immunology medicines. It is a non-promotional role in UCB’s Market Access, Access and Reimbursement Department and covers the assigned Columbus, Ohio territory. The executive supports dermatology accounts that prescribe UCB medicines, with particular attention to new-account experiences and improving operational processes within offices. The role monitors patient-access cases and works with hub case managers, specialty pharmacy partners, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to address risks, ensure required milestones are met, and support patients’ progress toward receiving medication. It also leads field initiatives in response to payer changes and educates accounts about steps that can support patient care. UCB describes its work approach as hybrid-first, with 40% of time spent in the office unless the role’s nature or description precludes that arrangement. The position’s stated anticipated base salary range is $154,400–$202,700; actual offers may vary based on relevant factors and may fall outside the range.
