About The Position
ProDrivers is seeking an experienced, driven, bilingual Field Recruiter to join its Anaheim team. The role supports recruiting operations across California, Washington, and Oregon, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified transportation professionals while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company hiring standards. It is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys building relationships, meeting goals, and contributing directly to business success. The position is in-office in Anaheim, California, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The anticipated salary rate is $70,304, with monthly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. The actual base salary may vary based on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience with DOT compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience managing candidate files and employment documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for transportation and driver-related positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, orientations, and onboarding sessions.
- Represent ProDrivers at job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
- Manage candidate files and maintain accurate hiring documentation.
- Ensure hiring activities comply with DOT regulations and company standards.
- Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Use recruiting systems and reporting tools to track activity, hiring progress, and performance metrics.
