About The Position

The Field Recruiter attracts, recruits, and onboards talent for industrial and manufacturing clients throughout the Irvine market. The role works with candidates, hiring teams, clients, and internal teams to identify talent, build candidate pipelines, and provide a positive hiring experience from initial contact through onboarding. The position is based in-office in Irvine, California, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is seasonal.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM, ATS, or recruiting technology platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service.

• Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and interview candidates for industrial, manufacturing, production, warehouse, and light industrial positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing client hiring needs.
• Use job boards, CRM and ATS platforms, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Manage onboarding activities, including background screenings, employment verification, and I-9 completion.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to generate candidate leads.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within company systems.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
