About The Position

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience is required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and maintain accuracy under deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) systems is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and identify potential candidates per SOP and route them to online application submission through Tenstreet.
  • Utilize sources such as Indeed, Tenstreet archived applicants, termed drivers in Recruitment Cloud, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Partner with Client Services and START team on potential candidates sourced for branch needs.
  • Send personalized recruitment emails and messages.
  • Attend and host job fairs or other industry events once or twice per quarter.
  • Schedule interviews for qualified applicants based on demand.
  • Conduct interviews for scheduled and walk-in applicants.
  • Provide in-person introductions to the Ops team during the interview process.
  • VOE collection
  • Drug screens
  • All required screenings and hiring guidelines
  • Second review for compliance and safety standards
  • Assist locally with rush hires, quick rehires, and file corrections
  • Contact drivers not yet dispatched to assist with skill marketing to clients:
  • Verify contact information
  • Confirm availability and work preferences
  • Address declined job offers
  • Reassure drivers of ongoing placement efforts
  • Market driver skills to current and upcoming clients
  • Add to dispatch upon assignment confirmation
  • Officially hand off to Ops after Fresh Eyes review
  • Support driver retention efforts
  • Document all activity in Tenstreet and/or CRM
