About The Position

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience is required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and maintain accuracy under deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) systems is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and identify potential candidates per SOP and route them to online application submission through Tenstreet. Utilize sources such as Indeed, Tenstreet archived applicants, termed drivers in CRM, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Partner with Client Services and START team on potential candidates sourced for branch needs.
  • Send personalized recruitment emails and messages.
  • Attend and host job fairs or other industry events once or twice per quarter.
  • Schedule interviews for qualified applicants based on demand.
  • Conduct interviews for scheduled and walk-in applicants.
  • Provide in-person introductions to the Ops team during the interview process.
  • VOE collection, Drug screens, All required screenings and hiring guidelines, Second review for compliance and safety standards, Assist locally with rush hires, quick rehires, and file corrections.
  • Contact drivers not yet dispatched to assist with skill marketing to clients: Verify contact information, Confirm availability and work preferences, Address declined job offers, Reassure drivers of ongoing placement efforts, Market driver skills to current and upcoming clients, Add to dispatch upon assignment confirmation, Officially hand off to Ops after Fresh Eyes review.
  • Support driver retention efforts.
  • Document all activity in Tenstreet and/or CRM.
