About The Position

The Field Operations Specialist will assist with the daily operations of the fast paced and detail-oriented Service and Contracts departments. The Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for processing customer contracts as well as a high volume of work orders while ensuring the integrity of the data and meeting month end deadlines. This position will be responsible for effectively and accurately processing routine and non-routine transactions by drawing on multiple information sources and understanding multiple effects of the transaction. This position will be responsible for researching and resolving any discrepancies found, as well as maintain and publish standard reports for service operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of business related experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills Google Sheets, Salesforce and Microsoft NAVision
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must have Excellent Team Spirit, with a great work ethic.
  • Positive and competitive attitude.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
  • Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Customer Contracts & Annual Opportunities ensuring they have been set up correctly in SalesForce.
  • Monitoring a report (Tax Area Code Missing) to apply the Tax Code to new accounts, as well as adding tax to the applicable WOs.
  • Annual Billing for Current Month after Start on Annual Contracts
  • Monitoring SalesForce chatter for approval to manually invoice annuals closed/won in the current month & generating the invoices.
  • Reviewing & processing requests in the Contracts inbox which include superseding contract submissions & researching inquiries for annual contract invoice/billing issues.
  • Addendums - Process and log on tracking sheet
  • Processing monthly usage billings for applicable customers
