Field Operations Engineer

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Field Operations Engineer to join their Cyber team. The role involves providing customer support through on-site installation, troubleshooting, and repair of systems. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) organizational construct and experience in system/network administration, incident response, and forensic analysis. Additionally, the Field Operations Engineer will be responsible for project management, documentation, client engagement, and training. The ability to travel and a current Secret Clearance are required. Programming and query language experience, as well as knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies, are considered advantageous.

• Provide customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of systems
• Understand the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) organizational construct and tools/capabilities used in cyberspace operations
• Perform system/network administration, incident response, and forensic analysis
• Establish, measure, and achieve customer satisfaction metrics
• Manage client engagements, including identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Communicate client feature requests to project engineering teams and support personnel
• Develop and write documentation as required
• Brief and demonstrate company projects to various customers
• Train and familiarize operators on equipment and systems
• Support a collaborative team environment and ensure customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and customer service orientation
• Ability to travel more than 25%
• Hold a current Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and potentially a polygraph
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the Cyber Mission Force community
• Programming and query language experience (Python, SQL) is a plus
• Experience with DevOps and/or Agile methodologies (Atlassian collaboration tools) is a huge plus
• Possess strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Government or military cyber experience is desirable

• Ability to travel greater than 25%
• Current Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and may need to obtain a poly as well
• 5+ years' experience working in Cyber Mission Force community
• Programming and query language experience is a strong plus; Python, SQL
• Experience with DevOps and/or Agile is a huge plus; Atlassian collaboration tools
• Possess strong project management skills, with attention to detail
• Government or military cyber experience
