About The Position

CarData is hiring a dependable, energetic Field Operations Assistant to support the Local Market Manager and help provide professional inventory photography, window labels, window stickers, videos, and merchandising services to franchise automobile dealerships. The role involves local travel throughout the assigned market and varied day-to-day work, including covering dealership routes, assisting with new dealership launches, training employees, and performing quality control. The position may be flex or full-time; the posting also describes flexible part-time schedules and the possibility of growing into a salaried full-time position as the market grows. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when team members call out or are unavailable.
• Photograph dealership inventory.
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers.
• Assist with new dealership launches.
• Help train new field team members.

• Assist with increased workload during busy periods.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff.
