About The Position

CarData is hiring a dependable, energetic Field Operations Assistant to support the Local Market Manager and help provide professional service to franchise automobile dealership clients. The role involves local travel throughout the assigned market and varied day-to-day work, including covering dealership routes, helping train employees, launching dealerships, and conducting quality control. The position may be flexible or full-time; for the right person, there may be an opportunity to grow into a salaried full-time position as the market grows. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, and gas is paid for.

Requirements

• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfort using a smartphone and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when team members are unavailable.
• Photograph dealership inventory.
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers.
• Assist with new dealership launches.
• Help train new field team members.
• Perform quality control visits.
• Assist with increased workload during busy periods.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff.
• Help keep the local market operating smoothly.
