To support the future growth of the company, we are recruiting an Operations Support Administrator to join our team of professionals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years work experience in an administrative role.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly use of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and seek clarification where required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Adept at problem solving, multitasking, and team collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Metrotech locating equipment would be considered an asset.
  • SmartSheet experience is considered an asset.
  • Fieldwire experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Communication and collaboration with Construction Managers on schedule updates and resource tracking
  • Review and verify field time entries for approval
  • Maintain operational databases, spreadsheets and tracking systems
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly scheduling meeting reports and updates
  • Assist with the coordination of field sub-contractor and site security information and tracking
  • Support with misc. administrative tasks and support
  • Initiate and manage an efficient work routine in a fast paced environment
