Field Onboarding Specialist I (Field Based, Las Vegas, NV)
About The Position

This specific role is for a Field Onboarding Specialist I within the Onboarding team in Nevada, requiring frequent fieldwork throughout the greater Las Vegas, NV area. The Field Onboarding Specialist will travel throughout southern Nevada, visiting patients and caregivers in their homes to obtain signatures on required documents and provide brief orientations to ensure proper setup for care plans. This role collaborates closely with the Intake team for appointment scheduling and involves participation in semi-weekly state-wide meetings.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in field-based role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Your own reliable transportation
- A self-starter personality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual Spanish
Responsibilities
- Visit patients and caregivers in their homes
- Acquire signatures for necessary documents via a Surface Pro and iPhone
- Provide a brief orientation to ensure caregivers and patients are set up for their care plan
- Participate in State-wide semi-weekly meeting with colleagues in Las Vegas, NV
