The Field Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist serves as the operational link between Marketing and Sales, helping bring Visionary Broadband’s marketing strategy to life across local markets. This role is responsible for equipping Sales with the messaging, collateral, product resources, and marketing support needed to effectively engage customers throughout the customer journey. This position combines sales enablement, marketing communications, field execution, and community engagement to ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently across Visionary’s service areas. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while representing the Marketing team in the field. The ideal candidate is an executor who enjoys turning ideas into action, collaborating across departments, and building strong relationships with Sales, vendors, and community partners.
