This role owns the velocity and effectiveness of how marketing programs reach and activate sales teams, ensuring that campaigns, content, and initiatives translate seamlessly into customer-facing activity. This position accelerates field readiness by owning the deployment, communication, and usability of marketing resources - removing friction, increasing adoption, and enabling Customer Marketing Managers to focus on strategic account planning and growth initiatives. The Specialist ensures that the right tools, messages, and programs reach the right teams at the right time, fully equipped for immediate customer engagement. The role also provides critical support to sales enablement efforts by coordinating content deployment, tracking utilization, and gathering field feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.
