About The Position

The Customer Marketing & Enablement Specialist is the critical connection point between marketing strategy and field execution. This role owns the velocity and effectiveness of how marketing programs reach and activate sales teams, ensuring that campaigns, content, and initiatives translate seamlessly into customer-facing activity. This position accelerates field readiness by owning the deployment, communication, and usability of marketing resources - removing friction, increasing adoption, and enabling Customer Marketing Managers to focus on strategic account planning and growth initiatives. The Specialist ensures that the right tools, messages, and programs reach the right teams at the right time, fully equipped for immediate customer engagement. The role also provides critical support to sales enablement efforts by coordinating content deployment, tracking utilization, and gathering field feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong program management and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to accelerate execution and drive velocity in marketing operations
  • Experience translating marketing strategy into field-ready activation plans
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, actionable guidance
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build relationships across teams
  • Experience in sales enablement, field marketing, or customer marketing
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle marketing
  • 2-5 years in sales enablement, field marketing, customer marketing, or marketing operations

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, similar) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Own rollout and communication of customer marketing campaigns to field teams
  • Ensure marketing content is field-ready, accessible, and actionable
  • Lead coordination across product marketing, sales, and regional teams
  • Drive program adoption with clear activation guides and toolkits
  • Partner closely with product marketing to develop sales enablement materials including presentations, playbooks and toolkits
  • Ensure content is optimized for customer segments, buying groups and national accounts
  • Coordinate with Customer Marketing Managers on field-ready execution plans
  • Own organization, accessibility, and discoverability of marketing resources
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in marketing program flow to field teams
  • Streamline workflows between marketing and sales to accelerate time-to-field
  • Own project management of deliverables (using Asana), ensuring timelines are met
  • Create visibility on project status, priorities, and blockers across stakeholders
  • Gather feedback from national account managers and regional teams on content effectiveness and adoption
  • Identify field readiness gaps and work cross-functionally to address them
  • Track content utilization and program engagement metrics
  • Support campaign reporting and performance tracking
