About The Position

At Poka, we’re transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems. Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement. The Sales Enablement Specialist owns the programs, content, and learning experiences that make customer-facing teams more effective. You'll design onboarding, build sales content, coach reps, and run the systems that keep our commercial teams aligned and performing at a high level. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and IFS Enablement, making sure every rep has the clarity, tools, and confidence to execute.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or revenue-focused learning and development within SaaS or technology.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
  • A knack for turning complex technical concepts into simple, compelling sales narratives, with a track record of building sales content that's clear, actionable, and aligned to sales stages.
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales and enablement tools including Salesforce, Highspot or Seismic, Gong, Outreach, LMS platforms, and analytics tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple programs at once with structured planning and prioritization.
  • Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Partner teams.
  • A genuine interest in helping people improve their craft, and comfort with ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration.
  • An understanding of English is essential at Poka, as it is the language used during company-wide meetings and many internal communications, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making. In addition, as Poka operates in an international environment, English is the primary language for communicating with our clients and partners, enabling us to better serve them and represent Poka in a professional manner.

Nice To Haves

  • French will come in handy about as often as English does.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation, curation, governance, and system management of sales content (playbooks, talk tracks, competitive guides, ICP briefs, value messaging) so it stays consistent, findable, and version-controlled.
  • Translate product releases, market shifts, and competitive insights into actionable, stage-aligned sales guidance, using analytics from Highspot, Seismic, and Gong to refine what works.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, SMEs, and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, HR, Sales Ops, IFS Enablement) to produce high-quality, role-specific content and aligned curriculum.
  • Design and deliver structured learning paths grounded in adult learning principles, including methodology training across discovery, qualification, value selling, objection handling, and deal strategy.
  • Own the full onboarding journey for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partner reps, building interactive modules, videos, assessments, LMS curriculum, and manufacturing/product training.
  • Establish competency milestones and track rep progress through Salesforce, LMS platforms, and enablement tools, reinforcing best practices through micro-learning and ongoing touchpoints.
  • Run enablement sessions, workshops, refreshers, and targeted interventions based on needs assessments with Sales Leadership and shifts in pipeline or product.
  • Make sure content, learning experiences, tools, workflows, and processes work together to support rep productivity and confident ramp-up.
  • Own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day governance of the internal enablement platform, so its content, learning paths, analytics, integrations, and user experience drive adoption, productivity, and consistent execution across every revenue team.
