About The Position

Hypercore is building the operating system for the $3T+ global Private Credit market - one of the fastest-growing and most under-served asset classes in finance. Backed by Insight Partners and Y Combinator, Hypercore is trusted by leading private credit funds, BDCs, and alternative asset managers to run their most mission-critical operations. As private credit firms scale in size and complexity, legacy systems and spreadsheets are no longer sufficient - and that’s exactly where Hypercore comes in. Hypercore is scaling fast -not just in revenue, but in ambition. We’re building a category-defining company in a massive market, and we’re assembling a team that wants to grow with it. We’re looking for our first Field Marketing Manager to build and lead Hypercore’s global events and field marketing strategy. In this foundational role, you’ll shape how Hypercore shows up in the world, selecting the right events, designing our presence, and driving awareness within the private credit ecosystem. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to ensure every event reflects our brand, messaging, and mission.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B tech marketing.
Proven ability to own and execute events end-to-end, driving measurable pipeline and ROI.
Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
Creative, with the ability to build memorable brand experiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking performance and reporting results.
Experience supporting sales teams and ABM initiatives, and working with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Nice To Haves

Experience developing event strategies for high-growth B2B startups.
Strong understanding of the private credit ecosystem, including key conferences and target audiences.
Familiarity with event design, digital campaigns, and brand activations.

Responsibilities

Develop and own Hypercore’s annual field marketing and events strategy.
Evaluate, prioritize, and select high-impact industry events based on audience, relevance, and ROI.
Manage the yearly events budget with strong cost awareness and strategic planning.
Plan, execute, and oversee all event activities end-to-end from design to logistics to on-site presence, to lead follow-up.
Work closely with vendors and agencies on branding, production, logistics, and execution.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all events.
Coordinate all event elements: design, collateral, advertising, invitations, travel, and accommodations.
Organize partner and customer dinners, networking sessions, executives' dinners and product workshops.
Represent Hypercore on-site at key private credit events and conferences.
Track performance, gather feedback, and continuously refine the field marketing strategy.
