About The Position

Ivalua is seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager with a strong background in field events and digital campaign management to lead marketing initiatives for the Canada region. This role is crucial for driving demand generation and brand awareness through targeted marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful field marketing strategies that align with sales goals and enhance customer engagement. The role may also support select field events in the West region. This position reports to the Head of Marketing, North America.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in field marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing field events and executing successful marketing programs that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • +3 years experience in managing and executing in-person hosted events.
  • Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and best practices, with a track record of developing targeted campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with experience in coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, driving alignment between marketing and sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  • Innovative mindset with a knack for developing creative solutions to marketing challenges and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • English is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/French) candidates preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience using Hubspot, and any ABM tools like Demandbase, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs to drive new lead and pipeline generation.
  • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact field events, including regional events, roundtables and conferences, to drive lead generation and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead and own a flagship event within the Procurement Innovation on Tour series in your region, overseeing end-to-end execution including agenda development, speaker coordination, venue selection, catering, and all other event planning and delivery activities.
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key segments of accounts, creating customized marketing programs that resonate with specific customer needs to support lead generation and engaged accounts conversion.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the product marketing and digital teams, including events, webinars, and digital initiatives, to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales objectives, ensuring marketing efforts effectively support sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing activities.
