About The Position

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will lead regional marketing initiatives that directly support our sales and revenue goals. You’ll partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across events, webinars, digital campaigns, paid media, and other regional programs. You’ll own the planning and execution of regional marketing activities, manage budgets and external partners, and use data and performance insights to continuously optimise campaigns and generate qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Field Marketing, preferably within the technology industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a regional Field Marketing Manager role, with responsibility for strategy, budgeting, and performance targets.
  • Proven track record of using data and marketing insights to generate pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, customer journeys, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel 10–20% domestically, with occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives and global marketing priorities.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across events, webinars, digital channels, paid media, and other regional initiatives.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth by developing programs that generate qualified leads and engage target audiences.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, tracking performance and optimising investment to maximise ROI.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, ABM, and global marketing teams to ensure strong campaign execution and lead follow-up.
  • Manage external vendors and industry associations, building partnerships that support regional marketing objectives.
  • Measure and communicate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leveraging best practices across regions.
