About The Position

Snapdocs is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own programs that establish a tangible presence and build relationships in the market. This role will be responsible for turning conferences, executive programs, customer gatherings, partner activations, and account-based programs into credible brand experiences, strong relationships, and measurable commercial impact. The Field Marketing Manager will shape where and why Snapdocs shows up, select relevant programs, manage program details, and ensure coordinated Sales and Marketing follow-up. While events are a primary channel, the role also encompasses regional programs, executive presence, customer and prospect engagement, partner programs, and account-based plays across Snapdocs’ markets. The goal is to create experiences that simplify complexity, build trust, and advance key relationships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or go-to-market marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or a similarly complex industry.
  • Proven track record of owning events or field programs that contributed to qualified meetings, pipeline, customer relationships, or revenue.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, write clear next steps, and define ownership and timelines.
  • Strong judgment regarding event investment, including the ability to assess attendee lists, audience fit, sponsorship value, sales goals, cost, and expected return.
  • Experience working closely with sales, customers, partners, vendors, and executives.
  • Comfort with learning and operating marketing automation, CRM, lead capture, or event systems.
  • Experience working on a lean marketing team with broad ownership.
  • Ability to travel to industry events, customer programs, and executive gatherings.
  • AI proficiency, with the ability to use AI as part of daily work and exercise judgment about its application and output.

  • Strategize and develop a new non-real-estate events plan, identifying strategic events and field motions in priority adjacent industries to establish credibility, develop relationships, and create pipeline.
  • Unify existing and new vertical field marketing strategies into a tiered event strategy across industry, partner, customer, and executive programs.
  • Determine the appropriate level of presence for each program, including attendance, executive meetings, sponsorships, booths, speaking opportunities, roundtables, dinners, and roadshows.
  • Manage event programs end-to-end, including goals, budget, registrations, vendors, booth and materials, attendee lists, on-site execution, and follow-up.
  • Partner with Lender and Settlement Sales to align event plans with target accounts, meetings, and next steps, ensuring event participation converts into pipeline and revenue.
  • Strengthen Snapdocs’ credibility across the mortgage ecosystem and new verticals, and build executive, partner, and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing on pre-event outreach, in-event signal capture, and post-event follow-up, including prospecting, messaging, and social engagement.
  • Utilize HubSpot as the system of record for event planning, lists, activity tracking, and handoffs, integrating with Salesforce and Slack as needed.
  • Track key metrics such as cost per attendee, meetings booked, meeting follow-up, qualified opportunities, pipeline impact, and 30-day post-event ROI to inform future investment decisions.
